Water Sports at Lake Schluchsee
Lake Schluchsee is the largest lake in the Black Forest and ideal for swimming, stand-up paddling, sailing and pedal boating. The Strandbad Schluchsee offers well-maintained access to the lake with sunbathing lawns and a children's play area.
Hiking in the Upper Black Forest
Numerous hiking trails for every level start directly from Lake Schluchsee. The Schluchsee circular trail (18 km) offers breathtaking views, while shorter trails such as the Jägersteig are also suitable for families. More on our hiking page.
