The apartment is on a quiet street and includes a free underground parking space, from which you can reach the apartment directly by elevator.
Within a 5-minute walk you reach the beautiful village of Schluchsee with all shops, restaurants, and cafés. Lake Schluchsee is one of the largest and cleanest swimming lakes in the Black Forest, known for its diverse water sports. The lakeside pool with restaurant and boat rental is just 400 metres from the apartment.
The beautiful landscape invites you on diverse hiking and cycling tours, including the kilometres-long lakeside trail. In winter, everything disappears under a blanket of snow and the ski season begins in an idyllic winter landscape.
As a guest you receive the Hochschwarzwald Card – giving you free entry to over 100 attractions in the region, including swimming pools, ski lifts, boat trips, and guided hikes.
One of the apartment's highlights is the side balcony and the large terrace, both easily accessible from the living area. On the spacious terrace, you can end the day in a beautiful lounge with a glass of wine and an unobstructed view of nature.
The new high-gloss designer kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave leaves nothing to be desired.
The bright daylight bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower. In addition to underfloor heating, there is a heated towel rail and motion-sensor lighting.
The modern bedroom pampers you with a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. Modern smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a radio complete the picture. The living room and bedroom can be comfortably darkened with electric exterior shutters. This is a non-smoking apartment.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please always contact the host in good time before your arrival to discuss the check-in time.
Host's Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, the guest pays 30 days before arrival an amount equal to the total price.
No fees are charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
Tourist Tax Information
The listed prices do not include tourist tax. In Schluchsee, the tourist tax is:

Important Payment Information and Other Conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total price is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Key handover is via a key safe – you will receive the code by email before your arrival.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartment in order to maintain the high standard of cleanliness for all guests.
The final cleaning fee covers the complete professional cleaning of the apartment after your stay. We simply ask you to leave the apartment swept clean and dispose of your rubbish.
Yes, a free parking space right at the building is available for you.
The tourist tax is collected by the municipality of Schluchsee and amounts to a small fee per person per night. It entitles you to free public transport in the region (KONUS guest card).
